Look for an upcoming post about how to use business rules and automation to maximize chat lead capture results. </span><span style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%;">Other well-known companies using chat for business leads are Dell, Cisco, Orvis, Golfsmith and Rackspace. </span></p>
